What you need to do is look at cruises of the Eastern Mediterranean that would include stops in Italy (like Rome, Piza, Pompeii) and Greece like Athens, and the Greek isles of Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Rhodes, etc. Several US cruise lines do Mediterranean cruises but they may not cover a cruise to all of the places that you are interested in for your project. They may do 2 or 3 of them on one cruise and 3 or 4 others on a different cruise.
Check out the web sites for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Holland America and search for Mediterranean cruises. What you may have to do is combine two cruises to make all of the stops that you want.

Believe me, You see these ads that claim 50% or 75% off of brochure prices, but when you check the company brochures, the prices are identical. But major cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Celebrity, and Norwegian Cruise lines do not allow discounted prices to appear in advertising or public forums like the internet. What that means is you can sometimes get better deals on your cruise when you actually call an agent versus book online. I just called Carnival and got a room that was over $100 cheaper than Carnivals own ad. The best and most popular destinations are in the Caribbean. Some people if told they are saving 50%, believe what they are told even if the price is the same.

Royal Caribbean puts out maps on it's website of the itineraries of the ships in great detail. You could easily use that for your brochure or use it as an example and create your own.
http://www.royalcaribbean.com
Pretend to search for a cruise, and then look for more info and it will show you the cruise route.

Individual lines have itineraries on them - Carnival, Princess, Hollandamerica.com, etc, should all give you an idea of dates and costs. You're looking for an itinerary - first day at sea, second in St. Thomas, third at sea, etc.
Good luck!
Also you can try the cruise retailers - cruise.com is a big one.

Hear is a link to a search on cruise lines. You would probably want to find ones that travel mainly in Europe.
