A few years back, I had a guy who was abolutely in love with me follow me around. I used the guy as a punching bag. I would insult him, mock him and belittle him. There were several guys at the time, that I sorta misled. 5 years later, everything came back to me EXACTLY the same way, in the form of 1 guy. I was insulted, made fun of and played, all for liking him. I became vindictive and attempted to have him terminated at work. 4 months later, I was terminated. Believe in karma, now?

I've been there..I'm sorry for you.
I spent my 20's been a very, uh...unpleasant person.
Point by point, it's all been returned in kind through my 30's.
I just don't get what people mean when they say they "don't believe" in Karma.
What does belief have to do with it?
Karma, the law of cause and effect, reap what you sow, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction..etc..etc...
Not believing in Karma is like not believing in gravity.
Trust me on this, some things don't require your "belief" to be true.

I am completely swayed by your flimsly anecdotal evidence!

Get this: you don't even know what Karma IS! Karma is NOT like it is on My Name Is Earl. Karma builds up during this life, and is only repayed in your next life. What you think Karma is is just the diluted Hollywood version of a deeply spiritual concept.

To me it just sounds like you make a lot of poor choices in life.
You pick the wrong people, then let the wrong people pick you.

How is this proof of anything other than the fact that you need to be single for a few decades?

well, either i can believe in karma - which violates the fundamental laws of physics - or i can believe that you are an attention-seeker with paranoid delusions.

it is a tough one.

Nope. I still don't believe in it. It's called coincidence. It happens all the time.
