I'm 6ft 175lb and I'm wanting to build up as much as I can by the middle of january. I'm planning on getting a trainer at bally's (anyone know what they run?). Do you guys know of any suplements that help to bulk up and don't taste like ****? and any lifting rutines? Thanks.

before you take supplements, do some research. not everybody immune system is the same. i have seen bad side effect on certain guys. my method is to work out hard until your clothes are soaking wet. work out at least one hour a day and drink your water constantly , then consume alot of chicken, salad, milk, yogurt, fruits, fish, whole wheat bread,or egg white. sleep at least 7 hours a night or day. for motivation, wear headset and listen to music that keep you focus or awake. try to work out next to a person that is working out hard. this will motivate you .

MET-RX make good protein and meal replacement drinks. They're only going to taste so good. I myself just drink a protein drink on the days I lift.

ALSO - Beware of Bally's. I've heard some bad things about them, like hidden fees and people being ripped off.

Pick up the book called "Body for Life" . It has good information on products and routines. If you are getting a personal trainer, he/she should have some good information.
"Super Slow" is also a good workout routine for quick results.
GNC products are overpriced and not good quality. Jay Robb's Whey Protein tastes great and is good quality.

Some protein powders can taste pretty good. Don't waste your money on weight gainers as they're expensive and just filled with sugar. Make your own with regular protein powder, bananas, honey, ice cream and milk.
