very important to use an anti-bacterial liquid soap like Lever 2000 when washing, use a mesh plastic body puff (bacteria lives in wash clothes). the puff will also help exfoliate. use an oil free moisturizer.

Are they small bumps, maybe a little pink or white? They're probably not as noticable as you think.
I used to have little bumps on my arms and sometimes my cheeks when I was a kid. One doctor said it was called "chicken scratch."
They went away by my late teens and haven't returned.
And no one ever seemed to notice anyway, so don't stress yourself out so much about it.

It sounds like what my mom would call prickly heat. Is it in a place where your clothes rub up against your skin? My little brother used to play baseball and he got it all the time. Try hydrocortizone (sp?) cream. My boyfriend is currently having the problem, I got some for him, and I'm sure it will clear up soon.

Try Avon's Moisture Therapy Skin Bump Minimizer. I've been using it a couple of months now and find it very effective.

Try using a Luffa or a shower gell scrubber. Exfoliation is important in keeping healthy skin, even on the arms.

Dude if you squeeze them does pus (the white stuff come out)?
I have a few of those on my arm too, not a lot; I hardly find it embarrassing. I have wondered if any other people had them, because I never see anybody with them.

So nothing comes out then?
Hmm, maybe it might be a mild allergy to something. If so then you can get that taken care of and they will go away.

I get this a lot too. Get a really good body scrub and loofah and use it every day for a week in the shower then moisturise the area afterwards. This should make a big difference!
