i've worked in nursing homes and to be honest by the time you reach 60 you are going to start sagging everywhere. but i've seen a lot of naked ladies (and some tattoos too!) and the best spot i would say would be your upper back around your shoulder blade or in between your shoulder blade. most womens upper backs that i saw were actually... kind of beautiful compared to the rest of their bodies. most of them were still smooth and pretty their. i have two tats myself, on my lower leg and a huge on on my inner arm. lets hope i dont sag too bad on my arm.... oops. lol.
good luck!

At 13, I definantly would NOT get a tattoo. Im not being judgemental or anything, just experience. When i was 15, my mom allowed me to get a tattoo. Being female, i didnt really grow anymore, so that didnt effect it, HOWEVER, im now 24, and im having it covered. i had a butterfly tattoo'd on my lower back (yes, the tramp stamp!). I now have my thighs wrapping up my back covered in tattoos, that have nothing to do with butterflies, and i hate butterflies! I dont know what i was thinking! Im not starting a full back tattoo (that goes with my thigh tattoos and is all one piece in the end). I requested to have it covered when the background shading gets put in. Right now i only have the outline on my back. I hate that butterfly. I was talking to my husband this evening about it, and told him even though I got my first tattoo at 15, i wont let my kids.. and not for the fact of i dont want them to have tattoos, but I dont want them to later regret it and end up having it covered! As yes, being male, and only 13, you will grow and it will stretch!

no matter where you get tattooed your skin is going to change as you age. compare your body with your mother's, the likelihood is that her skin is going to have less elasticity and parts of her body are going to be a little more saggy... it's a fact of life. of course there are areas that are MORE prone to sagging like breasts and the butt but it really has a lot to do with genetics. so if that were a concern of mine i would look at my mom to make that decision. thankfully at 51 my mom has the body of a thirty-something year old which gives me great hope for the tattoos i have and the ones i will be getting in the coming years.
good luck!

What about the scapula area?? I wonder how much your back stretches as you age. I know skin gets wrinkly anyway as you age, but how much does the back.

I don't think behind the ears stretch. You should get it where ever you want to. It doesn't matter how your skin looks when you're older. All that matters is that you did something you wanted to.

Keep in mind your whole body ages and when you are 80 years old it will be there wrinkly and shriveled no matter what.

good place. just don't put one on your belly, hips, inner bicep unless your going to keep it and u in shape. it would be sad to see a tattoo do an extra wave.
