How come it seems that there are so many rockets? I've seen like, I don't know, 8. But I could be wrong. Just saying why are there so many when flying over Atlantic Ocean?

I could tell from the fumes, you know the smoke that arefrom the rockets.

I've seen other planes and never seen fumes coming out from them. :/

They aren't rockets. What you are seeing are called contrails. Contrails are essentially evaporated water (clouds) passing over the wings and passing through the engines of airplanes and condensating back into water to become what you see as long trails.

I have flown over the Atlantic dozens of times and have never seen a rocket!!

I think you are seeing contrails from other jets. Most airliners fly near certain routes so you would be likely to see their exhaust trails.
