It's something that grows out of the relationship with time; I don't think there's a set "limit" to how long you need to wait. My boyfriend started out by calling me 'lady' (a term he uses for female friends as well) pretty early on; eventually, he began to call me 'babe' and now he uses 'sweetie' as well. I would say that was about ... three months into the relationship? Sweetie came later, maybe after five months in.

I call my boyfriend my boyfriend, but before that he was "this guy I'm dating." I think it just depends on what you want to do and when; talk to your girlfriend and ask her what she calls you. You could both decide together to start calling each other bf and gf.
If you consider her your girlfriend right now though, I think you could go ahead and call her that.

I always come up with unique names for my boyfriends and they usually give me pretty funny ones too. Right now I get call the usual baby, sweetie and lil hoe, mama, fea(ugly), and gordy chuly and I call him papi, hunny, my piece of meat, the best piece of a$$ every, viejo (old man) & mono(monkey).

well everyone in a relationship has nicknames for each other... they jus grow with the relationship.... ummmm also if u like calling her something jus call her that then thats when u can start calling her the nickname u gave her.....kinda commmon sense if u ask me.....................

im a girl but my boyfriend asked me if he could call me
"his little whore" and i said hell yeah!
that was like a week in our realtionship!
