You may want to go to your family doctor, or allergist, and start taking the allergy shots again.
Lets start by understanding the pathogenesis of an allergic reaction. The basics are, Histamine 1, and Leukotrienes.
The classic H1 blockers are meds such as benadryl. The second generation H1 blockers are the newer Zyrtec, and Claritin. Singular was 1st indicated for the treatment of Asthma, now the research has shown us that Singular, by blocking the Leukotriene pathway, also helps with allergies. Zantac, and Pepcid, or H2 blockers, and decrease the stomach's production of acid. They also can have a cross reactivity and also block H1 receptors, therefore helping stop the allergic reaction pathway. Astelin is a good inhaled nasal anti allergy medicine.
Optivir, and Patanol, are two good topical eye drops for the itching eyes, which are usually allerigic pathways.
Until you can restart the allergy shots, you may want to go to your Family Doctor, and ask him or her for a prescription for Singular, Optivir for eyes, and Claritin, or Zyrtec. This would cover all the main pathways of allergic reactions.
Astelin would also possibily help too.
In closing, you can take these types of medications to help, but you may really want to start to take the shots again.

If you went thru ImmunoTherapy " Shots "...
you must have allergies to the extent that they should not & can not Neutralize your Allergy Disease Source.
Med's only MASK Allergy Symptoms ..while Allergy Disease just gets WORSE...
they do not address / neutralize Allergy Disease Source like ImmunoTherapy.
suggest.. getting back on ImmunoTherapy ..
they now have Under-the-Tongue DROPs which have Replaced SHOTs ..
Sorry to say...
Today's Allergy = Tomorrow's Allergic ASTHMA

there fairly are not many meds which may well be taken in the previous allergic reaction attempting out. The allergic reaction attempting out is composed of checking for histamines, most of the meds that are OTC are antihistamines, so this could completely invalidate your effects.. good success

Try Nasonex or Beconase AQ. It is a steroidal nasal spray. It really helps. They take about a week to start working.
Were you on immunotherapy?
