HOW TO GET TO STAMFORD BRIDGE?! FROM NEWBURY! - By Train?

hi, i would like to know how to get to stmaford bridge (chelsea stadium) from newbury/thatcham train station. I am a chelsea fan but i never hav got the train to chelseas stadium on my own, and ive gotta go by train. so where should i switch over etc? thnks also if you knw the price, please tell me thnks!

Take the train from Newbury or Thatcham to London Paddington. Then the London Underground District Line (Wimbledon train) to Fulham Broadway. Stamford Bridge is just a few minutes walk from Fulham Broadway Underground Station
