hips: 32.5
waistline: 26
at belly button: 27.5

maybe the number isnt big but its big in proportion to my hips.
so dont you think i have a big stomach?
how can i get it flat, or at least smaller?

ive tried everything. swim 2 hours a days, eat healthy
the only thing i havent done is lost weight

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

All women are "bigger" at the belly button than the waist...it's just they way we are built. At 5'5" and 97lbs you are dangerously underweight and any natural ounce of fat (or your internal organs for that matter) will appear exaggerated. No one is meant to look like the models you see in magazines and every woman is not like the next. Some women are tall and thin some tall and luscious some short and round some short and slim some have big bums and some have small boobs some have small bums and big boobs and some have high waist and some have short waists...YOU MUST NOT LOSE WEIGHT! In fact if you were to gain even 5lbs you likely wouldn't notice the bump. If you must try to get it to be less then you need to combine diet and exercise and by diet I mean good eating not less eating.

No you ain't FAT fool : if any thing you could use a good meal, your starting to widen at the navel because your nearing your lower chest cavity. And your suppose to be wider at that point. At 5'5" you are a little under weight at 97 lbs. And your stomach is not BIG!

Well, 97 lbs sounds unhealthy for your height. Maybe your a small build, but still, that's an awfully low weight. You may wish to gain a few pounds; which in the end may help with the stomach area.

To me, it sounds like your stomach area may be bloated.

you are underweight. check your bmi (body mass index) there are a lot of health websites that offer a bmi calculater. all you do is type in your weight and height. so your body is prolly storing food, right on your gut! and also, you are probably bloated. get 'diurex' pills. they are water capsules. drink more water, and start doing pilates and sit-ups. eat 1,500 calories a day
