In Italy we call Signora any married woman, even if she's very young. We call instead Signorina even if she's a 30/35 years old but she's not married or we don't know if she's married or not. In the doubt we prefer to call her Signorina.
For a younger girl, let's say from 10 to 14/15 years old we call her Ragazzina.
From 0 to 10 years old we instead call her Bambina.
