That sounds like you're on the right track. You should include proteins in your diet as well.

As for peanut butter--you do not have to cut it out...as long as you eat it in moderation. Peanut butter is full of protein and fiber and vitamins and is good if you work out.

And don't cut out oatmeal like other said--oatmeal is full of fiber, which is good for your heart and will actually keep you full longer, as well as vitamins. It also slows down the digestion of starch, which will help keep your sugar levels more even and prevent those sugar spikes that you get after you eat.

Keep in mind that losing too much weight too fast is not healthy, so slow and steady is good.

The oatmeal (porridge as we call it here) is a good carbohydrate source as it breaks down slowly so keeps you fuller for longer. If you have it every morning you really can't go wrong with the rest of your diet.

The only comment I would have is that it may not be enough calories especially if you are exercising so you may be wise to add some extra fruit for energy and perhaps some low fat yogurt.

Like in one day?
If you eat that every day and do those exercises you will. You won't notice anything for about 1 week though.
You need to add something for dinner. Like baked chicken with steamed veggies or something. Have some jello or fat free pudding for dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth.

sounds like a good diet to me. I wouldnt see any reason you would gain.

It helped me to cut out sugars. Drink plenty of water as well. Dont eat in front of the tv or snack throughout the day unless its like pretzels or something

well it all depends on your individual body chemistry and metabolism.

but overall, that sounds like an excellent healthy lifestyle, and it should help your body to adjust to a correct weight :)

also, in response to the person who told you to skip oatmeal: Oatmeal is not a refined carb. It is a whole grain and part of a normal balanced diet.

Avoid peanut butter, if you don't work out daily.

Um... you will starve yourself to death. That is not nearly enough calories. try to keep it to 1200 calories a day at a minimum! Especially with the amount that you are working out.
