Since the spray bottle doesn't work try shaking a plastic bag (like what you get at the grocery store) or take an empty soda/beer can drop in a few pennies and shake the heck out of it when the kitty is doing something wrong.
All 3 (spray bottle, can, and plastic bag) have worked on my cats. BUT when I am gone the little turds still do what I don't want them to do. I read that cats will behave when you are around (once you train them) but when your gone they don't....she is a little kitty its just like a puppy kind of they are just real active and fiesty right now. everything will change when they get older and you get her fixed.

the cat is looking for attention. Just like kids, sometimes they figure attention for being bad is better than no attention at all.
Make time, 20-30 minutes, in the morning and before you go to bed to play with the cat. Get a fishing pole type toy, and or a laser pen light, so the cat will chase after things and wear itself out.
Give it lots of love and attention. make sure it has a few toys it can play with all day long - belled balls, small furry toys.
put tinfoil or rocks over the plant soil. or citrus peels.
When it is doing something you do not want, ignore the cat. If the cat won't let you ignore it, lock it in another room for a few minutes. If it is still doing the bad behaviour, lock it in a room for longer periods of time.
I had a cat that didn't care about being squirted either. Lots of cats don't. Its why I rarely recommend it.
What I do recommend is kittens in pairs. Single kittens get bored and get into trouble. Paired kittens keep each other busy and usually out of your stuff.

Do you have toys for your cat to play with? Sounds like this is normal kitten behavior and she will grow out of it. If you get one of the toys that you can put cat treats and the kitten will get to roll it around the floor, and stick her paws in to get out a treat, that will help her energy level get better. I don't recommend hot sauce on her tongue - that almost seems cruel. The VERY LIGHT TAP on her nose will work, along with a sharp NO when she is naughty. Otherwise, enjoy her and play with her. It helps a lot when she has a playmate and it looks like you are elected!

Put about five pennies in a coffe can with a plastic lid. Keep it with you and any time you see your kitten where she doesn't belong shake it hard. The noise will startle her and send her running. Eventually, she will associate the noise with the place and stay away.
Be patient. She will calm down as she gets bigger and older and if you get her spayed, she will become a loving and better behaved girl.

When my kittens bit me, I used to put a tiny dab of hot sauce on my finger and rub it on their tongue, and accompany that with a good, firm "No!".
It worked really well. This should stop any biting behavior at all.
As for other behaviors - such as eating off the counters - a LIGHT tap on the bridge of their nose along with a "no" usually discourages bad behavior.
