I would say yes, because there are a lot of different viruses out there, and immunity to one doesn't cover them all.

There are several strains of flu around in any given year and yes, you can catch the flu more than once if your immune system is not the best or if you're in poor health. The more people you are around in crowded situations such as classrooms, church, shopping malls, restaurants and movie theaters, the more likely you are to get the bug.
