Someone wants to kiss you in the middle of the road when its rainy.
I personally would not do this as it is dangerous. With low visibility someone could easily crash into you.

it means that someone likes u! ALOT! they want to meet you but be careful. if this person knows where your car was i would take someone with me to meet this "person". Have a friend follow you or have a friend go to that spot before you do. so if anything goes wrong you'll be safe! Good luck! =]

As romantic as that is, it's not practical. How are you supposed to know what day and time? If it's someone who likes you they will use a better medium to reach you.

it seems cute, but if you meet them there make sure everyone knows where you are going make sure you take some friends in another car, let them be a min or two behind you just in case
