Well sonny I would like to be married to a 10 because having sex does not go down to her letting you or not letting you. It is a matter of mood, attraction and since she is married to you it is generally accepted that you will be in the mood more than 3 times a month and there is a lot of attraction.
Plus if you really want you can persuade her into having sex through a ton of methods. All you need is imagination and the power to create sexual images in her head. You will not be able to get her off you. But that is another story right?

lol, it wouldnt matter if I was able to be married to a 10 and only have sex 3 times a month as long as I loved her it would equal to the 5 have sex everyday

If you're getting married to either of those girls... your focusing on the wrong things, unless you wanna get divorced soon. Neither should matter if you truly believe that you've found your other half . However your other half would probably mean that you enjoy a satisfactory sex life together.

If the 5 has a big rack and not too big of a butt I would take the 5. If the 5 is huge and very ugly then I would go with the 10.

Generally married couples have more sex because the woman trusts the man and feels more attracted to him. And he's learnt her sexual preferences and romantic likes.
I'd say I'd go with the first girl. (I'm gay :P reckon I'm entitled to an answer).
