I forgot my book in my locker @ school so....here they are!

Like others have said, you should be able to think about these questions and get the correct answer, or you should not have the priviledge to drive on the roads. It is simple. You learn about driving, get the knowledge, and then go do it. If you just cheat on all the learning parts, when you get your license you will not have a clue how to drive properly, and will probably piss a lot of people off, if you dont hurt anyone or yourself.

You can't see as far ahead of you as your normally would, so you have much less time to react to hazards. You must drive very slowly in these conditions.
