if not, what exercise can be done WITHOUT weights to work my biceps?

Anytime you're pushing away from the body you're using the triceps. The biceps are used when pulling or from a curling motion.
I worked with a guy years ago who had very well developed biceps which he claimed he got from doing dynamic tension exercises. He got the idea from the book Dynamic Strength by Harry Wong. He also said it required some intense concentration while doing the exercise. I've tried it myself and it did help with definition, but there was little change in size. Maybe I didn't concentrate enough.

I don't know if push ups can work biceps to a great extent. It'll be interesting to see answers to this. Anyways, if you want to work your biceps without using free weights you will have to do pull ups. Your palms should be facing you in order to shift the emphasis from your lats to your biceps.

reverse grip pull-ups are great for biceps
