4 years (he is responsible for her for 10) he found out through the children that she was abusive, and he also found out she was stalking and in love with an 18 year old girl in the same town (the girl was freaked out). He wanted her to leave, she left, they are legally married what should he do? What rights does she have? What can she do? He owned the home before he married her.

She has all of the rights of any Canadian citizen. What she would be entitled to in the divorce depends on a lot of variables and can best be answered by a lawyer.

What should he do? I would contact a lawyer and file for divorce.

I believe this is why it is so hard for descent Americans to get a chance to immigrate to Canada where it is better to live.
