Prove the soul exists, and that they don't have one.

Personally, I think some animals have more humanity than some humans.

Only humans have this sophomoric concept of "happy" (and also of "soul") Happiness usually has the connotation that external conditions are the way we want them, and animals don't worry about their futures or regret the past. If you meant ask about a state of enlightenment or oneness with the divine etc. Then the answer is yes, and animals are already one with divinity. The trouble with humans is that somewhere along the way we started thinking that we were separate from "the truth beyond name and form" or "god" or whatever (the word you use makes no difference.) But in reality, we never were separate, and never will be, we just BELIEVE we are. It's the common delusion that all great spiritual leaders are trying to get us to see. And it is this delusion that cuts us off from the divine. Animals can't remedy this delusion and become "enlightened" because they don't experience the delusion in the first place. And by the way, no one has a soul, its just a concept that makes us feel better, so we can pretend are wonderful little personalities will live on forever. what a fairytale! There is something eternal and we are part of it, or rather it manifests through us, but it's not our silly little lives and individual life stories.

Animanl with no soul? Like which kind of animals? The ones that operate on batteries? All living things have souls, surely.

Yes : haven't you ever seen a contented dog or cat for example?

Animals don't have the power of speech and also not the power of reasoning in the same way that humans do (I wouldn't say they're incapable of reasoning, though). That said, never underestimate the other creatures that we share this planet with for a lot goes on in their heads that we may never understand and which will always be a mystery.

In some systems, animals are believed to have a soul. Most often that they draw upon One Soul.

I disagree with you that animals have no soul. Do you have any pets? And yes, take my puppies for a walk, give em some wet food, and have a wrestle with them, and they're as happy as i've ever been. Heck, they are happy just to see me in the morning. They have a soul.

Yes, animals are a soul. A soul is and should be properly rendered as a breathing creature.

Animals have souls. God made the same convent with them as he did with man after the flood.

Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies.

Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep.

O LORD, you preserve both man and beast. How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men

Animals totally have souls. Every one of my pets have had different personalities which has to mean there's a soul behind it. Otherwise they'd be walking zombies.

Not that I am very religious, but St. Augustine believed, as does the Catholic Church I believe, that an animal does indeed have a soul.....and does go to heaven......
dunno about all of that, but my dog is extremely happy all the time
