if u could tell me how many calories each thing has

i can't exercise much... i have A LOT of homework everyday, i only exercise 2 times a week playing soccer.. so please keep the answers comming

Thats too low. 1200 is better. Do protein because its less calories first. Baked fish the best. Probobly a 8oz serving with a side of green vegs like brocolli. fish 400 cal brocolli 125 cal. 1 8oz 2%milk 150cal oatmeal with blueberries am that is 270 cal for a cup celery stalks 30cal a piece peanut butter on celery 100 cal 1 fat free yogurt 70 cal and tomatoe soup 1 cup. 110 calories. Before bed situps and jumping jacks 20mins.to music!

I recommend Lean Cuisine frozen dinners. They are very low in calories ( in between 180 and 370cal or so) and easy to calculate how many calories you've eaten for the day.

I probably could, but that's not enough calories for one to survive on for a day. I am quite sure that my two-month-old daughter eats more than that in a 24 hour period.

800 calories is way to few... in general females need about 1200-1400 calories per day. exercise more if you want to lose weight.
