i am having so many problems with my stepmom.
my dad always takes her side and i wanna move out.
i want it to be legal.
can anyone help me?

Until you turn 18 you parents or a court ordered guardian has full responsibility over you. You can not legally move out and be on your own UNLESS you can get a court to emancipate you and / or adjudicate you as an adult.

Until then, or until you are 18 years old, you are under the control of your parent / guardian

At 167. Sure. I don't know anyone that has lived near that long, however they can move if they want.

At 16 or 17, no. You must be 18.
