It sounds like you are suffering from paranoia. It could be anxiety related, or it could be something more serious. You need to see a professional. If you can't afford mental health care, you can walk into any police station and say, "I feel I am being followed by something I can't see, and I may be a danger to myself." They will then be legally obligated to get you mental health care provided by the state (one of my best friends worked for a police department in this capacity). You'll be handcuffed and taken to a hospital, but it's better than not getting the care you need.

Consult a nutritionist/therapist. You need to talk with a therapist about your anxiety. Also our moods are highly affected by our dietery consumptions. A nutritionist can help you restore your body's balance. My husband sometimes feels like he's going crazy when he's had sugar or caffeine for too many days. I will be totally paranoid and depressed when I eat junk for too long.....You know the saying you are what you eat...But, really seek emotional help as well.

If you feel like4 you're being watched or followed then never go anywhere alone. It may just be nerves,or it could very well be from your depression. The defination of depression is THE STATE A PERSON PUTS THEIR MIND IN,IN ORDER TO ADVOID REALITY.See your Doctor and get some meds for such if it becomes a problem.

it's call paranoid. Try facing your fears. Look to the areas that you think some one is looking and laugh at it. You may need to see a therapist or professional. There is nothing wrong with seeing someone about how you feel. The is a deep rooted problem and you need to find out what it is.

Well, my only guess is if you believe in Spirits....
Sometimes, they can feed off of people, and the person will suddenly become depressed or scared all the time...
I study this stuff a lot, its interesting, you should look into it if youre interested.

You could always talk to your doctor, you might just have anxiety.

Good luck hun!

Find and download a song by Rockwell called "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me."

Failing that, remember the poem:

The other day
Upon the stair,
I saw a man
Who wasn't there.

He wasn't there
Again today.
Oh, how I wish
He'd go away!

Now, that lets you know that you're not the only one.

I have felt this same way before. It's probably no one following you. But find someone to talk to, and ask them if they see someone looking at you or following you. If there is someone following you then you don't want to be afraid, that's how they want you to feel. But don't give sign that you know they are following you or watching you. Instead, try to tell someone that could help you. But make sure it's not the person that is likely to be following you.

If you don't smoke weed you cant blame that. Go to your GP before your symptoms get worse and out of con troll you sound a bit paranoia to me but I'm,e not a Doctor.

Did something happen recently to bring on this fear and insecurity? Sounds to me you could benefit from a little therapy to get to the root and understand why you are feeling the way you do.

wait.. is someone really following you or are you saying this is all in your head?

I am assuming you think it's all in your head. My advice is to go see a shrink and get on medication.

Go soon, I can't imagine how you've dealt with this thus far.

Good Luck!!
