Well you can power lift all of the bodies of the people you run over that you have to stop to pick up because you were working out instead of focusing on your driving, lol.

You are not going to be able to exercise while driving very well. Walking is the best form of exercise. Once you lose your ability to walk, you lose your vitality quite quickly. You are going to have to pull over every so often to find places to walk around.

thats a really bad idea... if your doing exercises while driving you wont be concentrating on the road and will get into and accident.
