i have a tattoo that i need to get fixed.its a cross w/ my dads face in the middle and a ribbon in front of it w/ his name in it...i was thinking of putting somewhere in the tattoo the words/ song title "dont cry" by guns and roses one of my fave bands and songs.and my dad used to listen to them as well.would that be dumb???my dad was shot a few years back and passed away so i want to really make this tat something special...what do you think yay or nay???

If the tattoo gets too busy, it starts to look like a mess.
Talk this over with your artist. Sometimes less is more.

I think that's a cute idea. Especially if it had special meaning to you and your dad. If it's something you'd like, then I say go for it. it's your tattoo, and doing this would make it even more personal to you.

I think you should just do whatever you want with you tattoo, its your body-the only opinion that matters is yours. Everyone else is going to have different opinions, some being ones that you dont agree with.
If that would mean a lot to your dad, I think you should do it, because I'm sure he wants nothing more. :]

Go to an artist that you trust and see what they can do. If you like what they come up with do it.
