I suppose Champagne is the favourite wine, but with the turkey try a lovely Chablis.
Yes you do have to eat the sprouts, and don't forget to put them on tomorroe so they will be properly done!!

I happen to go through phases in which I prefer one wine over another, and hop back and forth between reds and white.
Have you tried Leelanau Cellar's Winter White? It's a Michigan wine...pretty sure you can order it online. Fruity, sweet, and goes well with appetizers.

My fave wine is anything wet and no you don't HAVE to eat sprouts but have just 1 on your plate, it will make you feel more christmassy
