Kensington Market in Toronto is great for vintage clothing. A bunch of stores there. Dundas St W and Kensington Ave.

In Toronto, the best places are usually on Queen Street west
Try http://divinedecadence.sites.toronto.com/

there's another one

Black Market Vintage Clothing 319 Queen Street West,

but they don't seem to have a website.

and my daughter will check any Value Village as they sometimes will have a few pieces.

Hope this helps.

In Montreal, you may luck out at Renaissance Montreal up by Jean-Talon; otherwise, for a better chance but bigger bucks, Mont-Royal street around St. Hubert.
