I want to weight 90 pounds, and I am 104 now. I just can't stop
eating. Yesterday I ate 3 middle sized potatoes, baked, no filling, in the morning, and 3 potatoes (one large, two small), no filling in the evening, and today I ate three potatoes, a piece of cheese, 200 grams of grapes, two apples and two tangerines. How can I stop eating that much? Especially like today.

You're obviously aware that eating right is essential. However, I just lost 20 pounds in 2 months and was eating 2 big macs for dinner sometimes. My advice is to start a weight lifting program. Nothing crazy but 4-5 simple exercises for at least 3 days a week will make a difference. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so building muscle will help you burn off what you eat. Also, unless you are a vegetarian, I would add a little more protein to your diet. Your body works harder to digest it which in turn will boost your metabolism and allow you to burn more calories. When I started my program I would drink a glass of milk in the morning, have fruit/vegetable for a snack a few hours later, sandwich or light lunch, another snack a while later, eat just about whatever I wanted for dinner, and then follow my workout with another glass of milk. Drank nothing but milk or water for a while.

I'd just have to say ' you'd be the perfect weight if you just put the pig down! Sorry, couldn't resist the old joke. First of all I think 104 pounds is hot at ninety pounds I'd probably avoid you if our paths ever crossed because I think it's freaky to hold a date down in a breeze. By the way eat less potatoes full of carbs eat less more often and please pick a healthy goal I'd like to see you around no pun intended!

If you only weigh 104 pounds, likely you should not be trying to lose any more weight. Unless you are less than 5' tall, you are already on the slim to skinny side. It seems that fiber is missing from your diet. Look into eating whole grains (as in a healthy cereal). In general, you should explore healthy eating and exercise methods in order to maintain a healthy weight.

Unless you are very short you should not weigh under 100 lbs. I'm 4'11" and I weighed 98 lbs in high school, even 105 - 110 would be a healthy weight for me, 90 lbs is not healthy.

It doesn't sound like you are eating very much, and it's probably not good to eat just potatoes. try for a healthy balanced diet and as long as you are not underweight or obese you should be fine.

104 is a great weight depending how old u r!!!! and u can't help that u have a big appetite.

and ur really not eating that much. it sounds like the amount of food u eat in a day equals up to about 3 meals.

just keep in mind that u r fine how u r and u don't need to lose weight.

First of all, it doesn't matter how much you eat, it matters WHAT you eat. Well it kinda matters. It sounds like you are eating the right things. Trust me, you do not need to weigh 90 lbs. That is not healthy. Especially, if you are in sports. But its your body do what you want with it. Just try and drink more water and watch your sodium intake. Thats what I do and I have lost 20 pounds so far. Just watch eating too much of the unhealthy things.

ok, 90 lbs? how tall are you? most people who weight 104 are already too skinny...especially if you are not under 5 feet. 2nd, stop obsessing over your calorie count and gram intake! If you really wanna loose weight exercise 30 mins everyday and when you're hungry eat fruit, veges and rice cakes because they are good for you, fill you up and don't have a lot of calories. don't go overboard though...90 lbs! you crazy

What you did eat won't hurt you. Good nutrition all. Now if that had been a hamburger and fries. NO NO.

fruits and veggies are wonderful for you. Sometimes when we get on an eating frenzied it means your body is crazing something it needs and until you provide it with the correct balance of nutrition it will KEEP ON HUNTING. Eat properly and don't worry about it.

Did your ancestors come from ireland during the famine?
But seriously, get some raw veggies in there and chew the heck out of them.
The slower you eat, the fuller you feel. It's scientifically proven that your stomach takes longer to feel full than your mind. (hope I got that logic right). And chewing those veggies will give you lots of nutrition too, which is what your body is probably craving partly anyhow.
