Asperagas beef rolles.. There really easy to make and taste great

What you need:
Aspergas
beef bacon
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper

Directions:
Take the aperagas wash them off and place them on a flat baking sort of sheet. then wrap the asperagas around in the beef bacon. drizzel olive oil and add a lil salt and pepper and put in the stove for 25 mintues or until bacon is ready.

corn bread sausage stuffing

2 (6 ounce) packages cornbread stuffing mix
1 pound ground pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth


Prepare cornbread stuffing mix according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown; drain.
In a large bowl, mix cornbread stuffing, sausage, onion, celery, butter, poultry seasoning and desired amount of chicken broth.
Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish. Cover, and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.


Also maybe a vegetable casserole, mashed poatoes w/ gravy, tossed salad,, pasta salad, cranberry sauce.

Kings Arms Tavern Sweet Potatoes

3-pounds sweet potatoes
¾-cup light brown sugar, packed divided
3-tablespoons butter
5 teaspoons cinnamon
½-teaspoon nutmeg
¼-teaspoon salt
1-cup milk

Preheat oven to 400º
Grease 1½ quart casserole
Cook sweet potatoes in boiling salted water until done; drain peel and mash them.

Stir in all the remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Turn the mixture in to prepared casserole and sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.

PUMPKIN can be substituted for the sweet potatoes and it comes out well.

Lime Jell-O Mold

1 large box Lime Jell-O
8 ounces Cream Cheese - room temperature
1 can Crushed Pineapple - chilled
8 ounce container of Cool Whip

Drain pineapple saving liquid to use in Jell-O. Make Jell-O using the quick-set instructions replacing some of the cold water with the pineapple juice. Make sure gelatin is well dissolved. Place in fridge until semi-set. In a blender combine cream cheese and pineapple until well blended. Mix into semi-set Jell-O than fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set or over night. To serve, unmold onto a plate large enough for the mold.

Loaded baked potato dinner:

5 large potatoes
1 medium onion
1 cup sourcream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 slices bacon
-boil potatoes than coarsly mash into the bottom of a baking pan
-spread sour cream,shopped onion, and garlic powder on top
sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
-fry bacon until crisp
-than place on top of potato mixture
-sprinkle with remaining cheese
bake at 350 for 15 minutes until cheese is melted



this is always a favorite:
broccoli casserole:

2-3 crowns of broccoli(or use the frozen chopped kind)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 small onion
grated or shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Miracle Whip
Ritz Crackers (about 1 sleeve....maybe less)

Directions
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces....after you wash it.
Steam the broccoli.
Set aside.
Make a mixture (in a bowl!) of cream of mushroom soup, 2 eggs (well-beaten), onion diced, 1 c. of shredded cheddar, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 c. of Miracle Whip.
Grease a 9x13 pan.
Place cooked broccoli in pan.
Pour mixture over broccoli.
Add more cheese (whatever looks good to you!)
Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top of broccoli and mixture.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.


my grandmother always makes this
(yum!)

creamed peas:

1 lb fresh green peas
1/2 cup salt water
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
1 dash nutmeg
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley

Boil water in a medium sauce pan, and add peas, allowing to cook about 5 minutes Drain peas, and saute with butter and sugar until peas are good and tender (about 10 minutes).
In a small mixing bowl, mix cream together with flour until smooth.
Add to peas along with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley.
Allow this all to simmer about 5 minutes before serving.

go to www.kraftfoods.com. you can get a free mag every quarter and they have excellent foods and ways of planning meals. i love the site and the mag is awesome! you can also try foodtv.com . it gives you a list of easy to difficult recipies. good luck. I cook for @20 every year. We change it up since all of us eat turkey at 3-4 other houses so sometimes we do pot luck, mexican, italian, dessert night ect.

Use your search engine!
Squash is easy, cut up, remove seeds, par-boil.
Place in baking dish in oven with butter, & brown sugar.
Green-bean casserole is an all-time favourite.

Daughter makes a broccoli slaw, so easy. A bag of pre-shredded broccoli stems with carrots, tossed with a jar of prepared cole slaw dressing (Maries). or same dressing with angel hair shredded cabbage, also bagged.
