is this a good diet plan. I want to lose 20 pounds by new year...any tips?

morning: banana smoothie/tinned peaches/ grapes/coffee

lunch: apple/banana/strawberries/ tuna salad

Dinner: salad/brussell sprouts/brocolli/avocado/tinned soup/small jacket potato/beans on toast(brown bread)

sounds good to me. just make sure everything is fresh. and opt for organic.

also get some exercise too.

maye for snacks have a handful of raw nuts or some more veggies or fruit.

everything is good but just do heavy excercise
