Wow we got the exact same preference, 3-4 times a day when I'm in the mood. When I wake up, again b4 leaving for work or lunchtime, When I get home and/or before goin to bed.
There are some off days tho

Every dayis nice but 5 times a week will suffice but there are some days when three times a day is great
