Of course God, meaning the source of life, matter and energy, is a computer - computers process intelligence. Your brain is a computer.
But the link with the itsy bitsy planet Mars makes no sense. Mars itself is but a planet in a Solar System in a Galaxy in a Universe all of which issue from the computations of the Mind of God.
The average universe lives for 10 to the minus 33rd of a second or so and then vanishes. Ours took root and grew and is still growing.
God, meaning the Creator or Source of Life, is not any more associated with Mars or Earth or Andromeda....than anything or everything in our known universe and its many dimensions.
Try Infinty or Eternity as the neat little word for "God's" location.

I don't think that, God is a Supreme being. He can read mind, do everything. But the reason why everything is the way it is in this world is because he gave us the freedom of choice.
