You should post this question under the science section, not R&S :)

Evolution is NOT a science. Evolution is an observed natural phenomenon.
Evolutionary THEORY is a Science.. which, on modern-day earth, correctly explains the phenomenon of Evolution.
As for your supporting "arguments", you should check the Answers In Genesis' cult web page. You are using many arguments that Creation Science advocates (Intelligent Design Cults) tell their cult followers not to use, because they have been refuted for years now.
Snakes and Reptiles are Not dinosaurs. Snakes are Reptiles, Dinosaurs and Birds are reptiles (because birds are dinosaurs, read up on Monophyly vs paraphyly)... Your arguments are ill considered and ignorant. That is not a personal insult, a fact. Read and learn before you refute something that you have no real knowlege of.
You attempted to refute Evolutionary theory, but you offer nothing in its place. If you had, you would also have to offer evidence and methodology for peer review, if you want your hypothesis to be accepted. Posting a question on Yahoo is not how you change scientific theories. Do you really think that 600 years of scientific discovery and the millions of scientists in the world don't know better than the flimsy arguments you made?

you must be a troll or very young, nobody over the age of 10 can be that clueless.
Even fundies have heard about antibiotic resistance in bacteria. If they haven't, they hopefully will hear about it from the doctor first time they get an antibiotic prescription for some infection.
Medicine can actually be less a science than evolution. There are enough medications out there nobody knows how and why they work. They only know they do. Take a class in pharmacology if you don't believe me.
But as you seem to regard yourself as an educated specialist on evolution, could you please tell us which and how many university degrees in science you hold?

Evolution is a scientific "theory" that is known with the same
certainty as the "theories" of: electricity, gravity, relativity,
nuclear theory, etc. The main failure of science education is America society's rampant scientific illiteracy where so many people do not know the difference between a "scientific theory" like evolution and a mythological belief like Creationism which is based only on the folktales of quasi-historic semi-nomadic Semitic tribes of illiterate goat herders who lived thousands of years ago and who thought that the earth was flat and occupied the center of the universe
Evolution is an observed, replicated, verified, established empirical and scientific fact. There is an abundance of evidence from multiple sources that apply consistently and predictably worldwide. There is no contradictory evidence – every argument raised against it has been demonstrably shown to be wrong or deliberate deception and intentionally dishonest.
More than just fact, the theory of evolution is the most powerful general explanatory model in all of science. Without it, every life science collapses and all biological knowledge is false.
This includes medical science which, if evolution were false, would be no more than voodoo and the mystical mumbo-jumbo practiced by Witch Doctors. Creationists, as well as everyone, who submits to the care of a modern physician is placing their health and lives in the hands of Practitioners of Evolutionary Theory.

So, anything that YOU have not studied and know nothing about is not science?
The evidence in favor of evolution is overhwelming. Sticking your fingers in your ears and shouting LA-LA-LA-LA! because it doesn't happen to fit a moral story told to a group of nomadic shepherds 6000 years ago doesn't make any less science, nor does it make you any less a fool.
Science, be it medicine, astronomy, cosmology, genetics, paleontology or physics, is a set of theories to explain observable data and make predictions. Medicine is not a perfect science, or we would be spending so much on research to cure cancer and AIDS, when we don't even know if it's possible. We spend billions of dollars on experimental equipment to answer questions in Physics.
We still have questions about evolution. It's a favorite tactic of creationist idiots like yourself to attack Evolutionary theory from 100 years ago as flawed, when the science has moved far beyond that. Should I attack modern medicine as flawed because doctors used to use leeches to bleed people who were ill?
Evolutionary theory has, as I said, overwhelming evidence. Your thoery has the testimony of a person from 6000 years ago written on a piece of paper. Who do you think is going to win on the weight of evidence on court?
Your ignorance on this subject is displayed with the facetious statement that snakes and reptiles are of the genus Dinosuaria. Dinosaurs had significant differences from reptiles. You want a modern dinosaur, go look at a bird. It's a closer relative.
And go back to school and learn something before you spout nonsense and make such a fool of yourself.
EDIT-------
Paulywog, THANK YOU so much for your e-mails! They made my day! I NEVER KNEW that a bird was a mammal! I really look forward to seeing those pictures of bird titties! Please, oh wise one, shower me with more of your wisdom! I look forward to learning the secrets of the universe from you!

technology is information gained by using commentary and experimentation withof nature. evidence for evolution could be stumbled on throughout the time of the fossil record. apart from, the evidence of DNA, investigated in lab settings, does not lie. All of this evidence can, and has, been independently varified. medical theories must be falsifiable -- and there are a number of approaches wherein evolution could be falsified. yet it hasn't. it somewhat is an surprisingly strongly supported medical theory, no longer a faith. you do no longer choose faith while the evidence of Fossils, Genes, Geographical distribution, Anatomical similarities, and so on and so on is obtainable. Peace.

Wish they'd quit letting 5 year olds in here. some religious arguements are at least interesting. In this particular case even relgious folk would read it and think some village is missing their idiot. Why don't you try an education and reading what your slamming. I've read the bible many times, but you obviously know nothing about science--in fact you write like you are 7 years old or so.

You obviously don't understand the theory at all, so why on earth would you expect us to believe you when you say that evolution isn't valid science? Sorry, but I'll take the opinion of the entire scientific community and my own common sense over your nonsensical rant any day...

Your all over the place, im not sure which of your many 'points' to refute.
Basically, evolution is a valid scientific theory, therefor it is science. And its not just Darwins theory, its a theory that the vast majority of the worlds biologists subscribe to. It has been studied over and over again and has withstood the test of time. If you choose not to believe it for religious reasons, so be it, but dont say that its not science, particularly when you clearly dont have a clear understanding of what it actually is.

Ok ... fish became mammals ?!
dinosaurs became snakes but became extinct?!
observe a fruit fly and it will become vampire bats?!
and cheetah (tarzan's monkey) turn into George bush?!
Is that what you are calling evolution?
That what it looks like ....
