What worked for me was cut all sugars out of your diet. They will be reintroduced later. Eat egg whites, plain oatmeal made with water, no dairy(you can get all the vitamins, minerals and calcium from other foods!), salad with no dressing or cheese, no fruit(sugars) mainly bland foods you know are good for you. Seasoning will become your Best Friend! Stay away from sauces and try not to go over 30 grams of fat a day...work out (I did Tae Bo..sweat like a beast haha) Best body I've ever had and later when the yummy foods were introduced, my metab. was working harder so I felt great and had lots of energy. Crash dieting is stupid and dangerous. This is not a crash diet. Its training yourself to know that you don't need all the crap you usually eat. No soda and juices, only water. Its hard but so worth it:)

Eat nothing containing sugar or processed flour; ride a bicycle instead of riding in a car. You will feel and look better and be able to do anything.
