good question. yes we all have buddha nature, but that doesn't mean we have attained buddha-hood yet. when we do, there will be no more reincarnation. buddhas let themselves be reincarnated in order to help others reach enlightenment. when everyone does, we will all be in nirvana and will have no need to incarnate into bodies on earth.
i know there's the current one, gotama, and a future one they talk about. not sure about past ones, but they have a very complicated cosmology, and there are other worlds and realms with buddhas that never have come to earth. also, some buddhists feel that all buddhas are one, and they are incarnated versions of each other.

No one knows. A buddha is a state of pure Truth attained by certain souls on the path to enlightenment who decide to return and help others.

Everyone in the world are buddhas and everyone in the word are satrvas. When we are suddenly understand and realied the changed, we are buddhas, wehn we are sutborn to do something or holding something painfully, we are satrvas(creatures in the world sutborning to doing something it feel good to itself.)--including human.
