I've been saying that non-atheists can't be full fledged members... but I'm thinking that agnostics and non-theists deserve to be a part of this movement. I'm still working out how they would fit in, though. Maybe they'll be runners.

You can be an honorary member...but you don't get any cookies, you don't get to whack anyone, etc. You can just come to meetings and sit quietly in awe of the full-fledged members.
Instead of "AM" in your name, you get to be "HAM".
