well i do not agree with these people if your bossy yes you'll be in charge but she will probably start giving you attitude and she wont like you!
to fix this problem it is VERY simple if she likes baths SOOO much then make her take a bath the night before she can have a lot of time at night and it doesn't make you late in the morning!

aHem (clearing throat) Just who is the parent here? It sounds as if there is a 12 y/0 running the household!
Just tell her that it takes her too long in the mornings and she HAS to start taking her bath and washing her hair at night before bedtime, but make sure that she starts early enough to be in bed at the proper time. i.e. if bedtime is 9:30 then no bath or hair-washing at 9:15! Had a 12 y/o that used that as an excuse to remain up until SHE decided it was time for bed! (step-daughter)

If she is inconveniencing everyone else in the family, then she needs to find a better time to clean herself that doesn't interfere with the busy morning schedule. Can she wake 15 minutes earlier to get this done?
I, personally, love to take a shower every morning. It wakes me up & focuses me on the day ahead. But, everyone in the house needs to work together to make sure that they are not getting in each other's way or making life difficult for each other.

Well she has a few options:
Get up earlier to take her baths so you don't have to wait.
Take showers in the morning bc they're faster
Or take her bath at night.
At this age she is old enough to know how long it takes her to get ready in the mornings and she should be able to get herself up with an alarm clock. How late does she make you? Bc thats how much earlier she should be getting up in the mornings to keep you from being late. Good Luck

Personally I like taking a bath before bed because I like washing the days stress and dirt and sweat (if I do) off that day before climbing into my clean sweet smelling bed. I think it is sound hygeine no matter how she does it, But I think you need to lay down the rules and tell her that she is either going to have to get up earlier to be out of you and your wifes way before you guys have to get up, or she is going to have to do her daily shower at night, where it does not conflict with everyones schedules. Be kind, but be firm.

If she wants to take a shower/bath in the mornings then wake her up a little earlier so she'll be done by the time you're wanting to leave. If this doesn't seem to help the problem, or if she has a problem waking up earlier then tell her she needs to take one in the evenings.

I'm an adult, sometimes I shower at night. Makes the morning move more quickly.
As long as she doesn't sweat at night or smell in the morning, it's fine.

She either complies or you pull her out in the middle. Or she has to keep up extra early so she does not impact everyone. Do you only have one bathroom?
This extremely selfish of her. Be the parent.

If she is holding everyone else up she should get out of bed earlier or change to the evening.
