You guys aren't fools (well, we are all fools at times). I have met some really cool and educated atheists on this site.

Furthermore, in your answer to my last question, I find myself completely in agreement. I even agree with atheists sometimes. lol.

I used to call myself an atheist, but then I realized I was agnostic. I learn so much from the many conversations we have on here, I figured out that I had mis-categorized myself.

I've learned a lot about atheism since coming to R&S, and I'm grateful for all of the intelligent and open-minded (nudging the angry Christians and Atheists) Q&A that I have seen on here that have helped me clarify my own choice to not claim absolute knowledge.

i'm a theist, and have consistently been very curious a pair of huge form of non secular ideals and philosophies. i don't think of that interest is constrained fullyyt to believers. it would desire to be that many atheists even have authentic questions approximately particular non secular ideals and practices. for the reason that this may well be a communicate board on faith and spirituality, this may well be a good place to look for solutions to such questions, not from some chilly encyclopedia, yet from unquestionably practitioners of those religions. additionally, most of the atheists i know have frolicked reading faith, to the factor that they've examine the Bible, Koran, and a number of of alternative non secular texts, and can debate them fairly skillfully. yet another subset of atheists might desire to be right here to sell atheism, that's their desirable. i think of there are as many reasons for being right here, no remember if one is a theist or atheist, as there are individuals in this communicate board.

They are people who are of all different races and backgrounds that bleed red blood and need oxygen to breath. They range from evil to saintly. Pretty normal. Some are smart, some are average, some are not smart. They do all different types of work and most pay taxes. Their kids play with other normal kids. DId I get it all?

I have spent the last year reading and studying about atheism. Here I see mostly circular arguments, questions for answers and muddy waters. I feel like I wasted my time.

I knew that atheists didn't believe in any gods before I came to R&S. Coming to R&S hasn't changed that.
