Insufficient information to provide an answer. Doctors usually use age for calculation which, of course is incorrect. It should be calculated on weight like vets do.

You did not supply enough information. Explain what? There is no formula. Your first example has one value dealing with age and another dealing with amounts. Your second example has two amounts with no age. You can't solve this.

b) the child i would say is under 12 but older than 6 years.
