Fresh-never frozen poultry will hold under appropriate refrigeration (34-38 degrees ferinheight) for 3 days.

RE:
How long will a fresh turkey from Costco be good for if I don't want to freeze it?
I'm trying to figure out when to buy the turkey and not have to freeze it in order to cook it Thanksgiving day. I'm afraid if I go last minute, they'll run out of turkeys.

An employee at a deli once told me that turkey doesn't keep longer than about 3 days. Ham will last about a week. If you've had anything a month the safest thing you can do is throw it out. Don't even give it to the dog

In it's original wrapper, refigerated, it should be good for no more than 7 days but keep an eye on it and check it for freshness daily!

2 - 3 Days in a standard refrigerator.
The problem is that the bird you are purchasing is already processed, if the entrails, head and feet were intact it could be "aged" safely in refrigerated storage for 3 - 4 days before being cleaned and cooked.
My opinion is just to purchase the bird you wish to have and throw it in the freezer at least overnight and then hold it in your refrigerator to defrost properly - the brief exposure to being frozen will have absolutely no adverse affect on the flavour or texture of your holiday bird.
(Please - for your own safety - do NOT defrost at room temperature!)

Check the date on the label... but my guess is they have fresh ones in NOW, with Thanksgiving a week away, it will probably keep a week.
And I dont' blame you for wanting to get a good one now. One year I waited too long, had to get a frozen one, and then was dealign with the thaw. Ugh.

There should be a date on it, no? If not, call the butchers at Costco. They should know.
Or there is likely a toll free number on the bird you can call too.

Yeah, check the date on the label.
I would think it should be good for 2 or 3 days.
