I am wondering do you return messages and how soon? I have called this woman about my families medical insurance three times and no return call- her voicemail still says its the 9th- I mean gees what happened to within 24 hours? And yes I am aware of the holiday just passing.

I would call until you get someone anyone and tell them the issue. That is really unprofessional and irksome especially b/c its usually about your money never happens if your trying to pay someone does it? I call people back immediately if it means taking lunch late or leaving late big deal. I don't stop until the work is done.

I don't get back to everyone in 24hrs and i go through a list and call back who called me first.
I was off on friday the 9th and Monday the 12th then out of the office but working yesterday i have 25messages to return
Yes i know i am on answers But i need a lunch break right
People from yesterday will get called tomarrow unless they call and get me first

I agree. If you don't get a response within 24 hours, call back and ask for the name of that person's supervisor.

Being that there is not a voice mail stating she is out of the office I would try to find her supervisor. That is one of my pet peeves...for god sake call me back within 24 hrs!
