xango juice
XanGo® Juice boasts a proprietary whole–fruit formula, harnessing a concentrated rush of xanthones—a vigorous family of next–generation phytonutrients. Sounds complex. But here’s the straight scoop. Research shows xanthones possess potent antioxidant properties that may help maintain intestinal health, strengthen the immune system, neutralize free radicals, help support cartilage and joint function, and promote a healthy seasonal respiratory system.*

Raw, unpasteurized milk has the most nutrients and disease-fighting properties, but it was outlawed roughly 70 years ago because it was not being stored properly and unscrupulous vendors were mixing in other things, so many children were getting sick. It is not legal to sell it any more unless you sign a paper saying it is only for pet milk. It is also expensive. However, my husband, who has had a lifelong allergy to pasteurized cow's milk, can drink raw goat's milk as much as he wants and we've been much healthier since "switching our pets" to raw milk.

I'd say Milk with 2% Fat unless you are lactose intolerant, but it is an excellent source of calcium. Teas are diuretics, so they dehydrate you, even if they do give you peace of mind. Gatorade is good to regenerate your electrolytes, but that is only worth something if you work out allot. Coke is totally bad, even if it is caffeine, zero, or whatever free, it drains your iron.
If you want to go the juice route, I'd say fresh squeezed lemonade with little to no sugar.....mmm... I guess water is sounding kinda good again.

any iced tea (which I like most of them). it contains antioxidants and also provides you with the extra fluid you need for your day. Some types are not bad without sugar too.
