if the primary renter is over 25 but someone travelling with them drives the car that is not over 25 what are the consequences?

the signer would be completely financially liable for all damages resulting from an accident.

Hit a house? You'll have to pay for repair/rebuild of the house. Also, the car would have to be paid for as well.

It's NOT worth having an unsigned driver who is young driving... NOT AT ALL.

Then they would be driving without insurance or the owners permission.

Should they be stopped then they would be prosecuted.

If they were to have an accident then not only would they be prosecuted it could be very very expensive.

Should the person who is renting the car allow them to drive then they would be charged with aiding and abetting.
