I made some fudge yesterday and I did the water test and everything and when it set it was hard in the middle and runny on the outside. I have no idea what happened.. is it possible to warm it up again and cook it more?

Nope, but what you can do is stir in some more of your milk or liquid and make hot fudge sauce! Chances are you didn't boil the sugar mixture long enough or to a high enough temperature. Start over and get a good candy thermometer, or follow the recipe for Fantasy Fudge on the Marshmallow Creme jars! Good luck!
