Why is it people ask questions and not finish through with it... I mean by resolving it and picking someone with the best answer????

Sometimes because they forget, sometimes because they don't know which one to pick and they'll let the voters decide, sometimes because they're too busy and don't get to the computer in time... many reasons really!

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but i do know that people often jump to solutions when they have not first studied the question or problem.
Usually if they look at the problem carefully the answer becomes more apparent. But I need to go now because it is my niece's birthday and I need to get smart!
Also the best answer as you may know by now is not always picked, sometimes friends I have discovered work together, I know this to be true because one of which accidentally sent me a message saying to get ready for thumbs up.
have you ever had one deleted by yahoo. if it happens do not be discouraged, often they seem to over look some terrible answers that are nasty to say the least, but might delete something that is meant in all innocence.
I had a funny one lately. Yahoo said I cannot have my question about Justin Sandercoe allowed and they deleted it. So I wrote back to tell them it was he who sent it me, which he did. He plays in Katie Melua's band, they are brilliant.

While I understand your question the ask-er may not care enough to pick a best answer. In the grand scheme of things the points don't matter but someone's answer does and I think that is important

Maybe(the people that aren't on here regularly)forget about the question and the options? I am on here at work,because I am bored and work alone.My boyfriend on the other hand isn't on and forgets to even check if he got an answer or not?

Yahoo wants us to wait at lest one day before looking through all of the answers. I think this is fair.

no idea maybe they couldn't get to a PC in time - that happened when mine broke and i couldn't pick a best answer or maybe they are just lazy!
