well living alone, lately I've been kind of depressed and not wanting to eat lately so i had a few attempts of eating a supper last night one was cold out of the can pork and beans about 4 bites the next was a little Debbie nutty bar,,,,you are what you eat lol so i guess I'm the nutty bar xoxo

Disgusting, I know, but I had been very busy. Two deep frozen cheese turnovers. It's not looking much better tonight either. Fish fingers with spinach maybe.
I like to cook, but right now - tempus fugit - I'm only on here because I'm waiting for an e-mail to come in.

Spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce, grated parmesan and fresh basil, some leftovers from roasted pork, a glass of red wine and a huge piece of Millie Feuille Cake

Home made chicken curry.

Chicken breasts
1 red onion
1 white onion
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 can of chopped tomatoess
1 tablespoon of tomatoe puree
Freshly chopped coriander
5 tablespoons of low fat yogurt.

Fry chicken breasts, and onions.
Add can of tomatos, tomatoe puree, curry powder, chopped coriander. Cook for 20 mins. Then stir in yogurt.

Serve with rice

My boyfriend made Salisbury steak, garlic mashed potatoes and a really good stir fry with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, green onions and spices. It was absolutely delicious!
