Wraps are a great choice: it's a good way to get veggies, protein and yummy sauces in one hand-held treat. Also, a bento box is a good investment so you can compartmentalize leftovers from dinner the night before. If you make a salad, put the dressing in the bowl first. Then your lettuce doesn't get wilted. Just shake the bowl before you open if and your dressing will be distributed. Once in a while, treat your co-workers to a crockpot full of white chicken chili: Dump one large jar of white beans, cut up leftover chicken,a large jar of salsa, and half a brick of Velveeta in a crockpot on low. At lunchtime, stir your chili, set out cardboard bowls, plastic spoons, sour cream and chopped pickled jalapenos. YUM!
