I pick names based on how I'll sound yelling them at the park. Jupee is cute but do you really want to be yelling Venus when playing fetch?

1. Sloughi - Dash 2. Mudhol Hound - Fever 3. Bohemian Shepherd - Gypsy 4. Azawakh - Eli 5. Thai Ridgeback - Cadena 6. Spanish Water Dog - Maggie, short for Magpie 7. American Hairless Terrier - Bear 8. Silken Windhound - Indri I'll fill in the rest when I get time!

Jupiter and Venus are both great names, best of luck with your dog.

As long as you bond with your dog and you enjoy each others company they will become a wonderful part of your family.

The only opinion that matters in the choice of your dogs name is your own opinion.

Have a good day.

If you don't care, why are you even asking? I don't mind Jupiter, but I think Venus is a little soft.

Jupee is cute and different. However if you are out walking Venus and yell his name, it might sound like you are yelling about male anatomy!
