fracasar o fracasado means to go wrong, fall through, to flunk, failure, unsuccessful.
so 'amor fracasado' means a love relationship that was unsuccessful, or fell through , went the wrong way, was not corresponded.
amor fracasado es una relación amorosa que terminó mal, que no tuvo futuro, que no fué correspondida.

when a relationship fails.. doesn't work.. that's called "amor fracasado".
