Not as far as I am aware, they seem to like being able to torture people and hold them indefinitley without charge and not break US law!

No, they are not closing the base. It will remain a military base.

They have been transfering out the terrorists from the base. In fact there are several that they are having a hard time finding countries to accept them.

One article I read said they have about 80 that will be getting charges. The rest are being turned over to countries they are from, if the country accepts them and if it not a country barred because of other laws, such as countries that actually will torture them.

Not true at all. It's the perfect place to hold POWs (radical Muslims) among other people.
